Our team includes experts in marketing communications, research, and brand management, who work together to create engaging experiences that inspire customer loyalty. **Key Responsibilities** We're seeking an experienced Principal Architect to join our AdTech Customer Data & Identity team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for leading the development and execution of our customer identity system across AdTech platforms. Your expertise in client data platforms, identity charts, and universal identifiers will help us create a unified view of our customers, enabling targeted marketing efforts and improved customer experiences. **Job Description** As a Principal Architect, you'll be responsible for: * Designing and implementing a comprehensive customer identity system that integrates with our AdTech platforms * Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing, IT, and data analysis, to drive business outcomes and achieve strategic goals * Staying up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and standard practices in AdTech, influencing the continuous improvement of our systems * Applying client data platforms and identity charts to create unified customer profiles and enhance personalization efforts * Executing universal identifiers like UID 2.0, Match, and ID to improve data interoperability and identity resolution * Developing methodologies to collect, manage, and utilize customer data effectively, ensuring compliance with data security regulations * Working with our data analysis team to drive insights and inform business decisions **Requirements** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * A Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field * 8+ years of experience in a data innovation solutions design role * 3+ years of experience working in customer identity management * Broad experience in AdTech, with a proven track record of designing and implementing large-scale advertising delivery frameworks * In-depth knowledge of client data platforms, identity charts, and universal identifiers * Strong understanding of cookie technology and its implications for digital marketing * Experience with data development strategies and tools * Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to make informed decisions * Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams * Experience with cloud-based services (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud) * Experience with data analysis tools for performance monitoring and optimization * Past experience in architecting solutions **Preferred Qualifications** While we're looking for candidates with the minimum qualifications, we're also interested in candidates with the following preferred qualifications: * Graduate degree in Software Engineering or Computer Science * Working experience in a digital marketing or e-commerce environment * Data Clean Room experience is a plus * Experience with online customer data security and compliance, including standard practices and Consent/Identity Management tools **Compensation and Benefits** arenaflex offers a competitive salary range of $132,000 to $193,600, depending on work-related, non-biased factors like experience, education, and skills.
