You will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable and secure web and cloud applications that meet the needs of our customers and internal stakeholders. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements, develop technical solutions, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products. **Key Responsibilities** * Drive the development and execution of the Client Investigation Center product strategy to deliver high-quality and user-friendly experiences for internal customers. * Design and develop scalable and secure web and cloud applications that meet the needs of our customers and internal stakeholders. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements, develop technical solutions, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products. * Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, technical specifications, and code comments. * Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality code and adherence to best practices. * Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in web and cloud technologies, and identify opportunities for innovation and improvement. * Collaborate with the Design, Walmart Interface, Information Adventures, Walmart+, and Marketing teams to deliver top-notch customer investigation solutions with a strong emphasis on data security and customer protection. **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, and 7 years of experience in product management, or * 9 years of experience in product management or related field. **Preferred Qualifications** * Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field, and 6 years of experience as a product manager, preferably managing customer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products. * Experience in developing comprehensive digital experiences, with knowledge of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and incorporating digital accessibility seamlessly. * Familiarity with accessibility best practices and a commitment to creating inclusive products and services that support a comprehensive culture. **Skills and Competencies** * Strong understanding of web and cloud technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure. * Experience with agile development methodologies, including Scrum or Kanban. * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to break down complex problems into manageable components. * Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. * Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality products on time. * Commitment to continuous learning and professional development, with a passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and advancements. **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At blithequark, we believe in investing in our employees' growth and development.
