As an Entry-Level Virtual Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of Blithequark, interacting with customers via phone, chat, and email to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about products and services. Key Responsibilities Engage with customers via phone, chat, and email to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about products and services. Demonstrate empathy and professionalism while assisting customers with their diverse needs. Utilize various tools and resources to navigate customer accounts, research solutions, and ensure accurate issue resolution. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex customer cases. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of customer interactions and solutions provided. Essential Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Customer-centric approach with the ability to adapt to different communication styles. Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with operating systems and internet navigation. Strong problem-solving skills and the capacity to think on your feet. Availability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. A quiet and dedicated home workspace conducive to handling customer interactions. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in customer service or a related field. Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software. Experience working in a remote or virtual environment.
