You will collaborate with our Art, Layout, and Engineering teams to streamline our workflow, generate candidate answers, weigh tradeoffs, and implement the selected solution. Additionally, you will be accountable for assisting, developing, and preserving our proprietary engine-specific and custom gear. **Key Responsibilities** * Proactively identify inefficiencies and elaborate areas for improvement in our development process across multiple disciplines * Preserve, extend, and aid our present development gear * Build and guide custom asset pipelines * Grow arenaflex's proprietary libraries, tools, and technologies across game engines and structures * Collaborate with our Art, Layout, and Engineering teams to streamline our workflow and implement solutions * Generate candidate answers, weigh tradeoffs, and implement the selected solution * Assist in the adoption of the solution by the team **Essential Qualifications** * A strong passion for empowering others to excel in their roles * Experience with the overall device lifecycle, including identifying issues, comparing capacity answers, implementing tools, and evaluating their effectiveness * Enjoy working with custom standalone gear * Enjoy growing gear that can be utilized by multiple game development disciplines * Proficiency in C#, C++, Python, and JavaScript * Ability to work efficaciously in a self-directed environment **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with custom game engines, including Unreal or Unity * Familiarity with JavaScript and Net Tech * Experience with required utility materials * A resume outlining applicable experience **Skills and Competencies** * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Excellent communication and collaboration skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively * Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines * Continuous learning and adaptability in a rapidly changing environment **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we believe in investing in our employees' growth and development.
