Ability to type quickly and accurately, with a minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute. Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace, with minimal distractions and interruptions. Basic computer skills and familiarity with online chat platforms, including our CRM system. Customer service orientation and ability to handle challenging situations with patience and professionalism, resolving customer complaints and issues in a fair and timely manner.
