Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner Resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases to senior representatives when necessary Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using our CRM system Provide detailed information about Blithequark's products and services to customers Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives Continuously develop knowledge of Blithequark's products and services to provide exceptional customer experiences Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required No prior experience required – we will provide comprehensive training! High-speed internet connection and a reliable computer Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn our CRM system Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team Preferred Qualifications: Previous customer service experience (not required but a plus!)
