Job Summary As a Customer Service Representative at Blithequark, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through inbound and outbound calling, setting appointments, and performing presentations to members of unions that request our benefits. You'll also be responsible for basic computer tasks, completing necessary paperwork, quality control, and leadership development.
