Position Overview As a Virtual Customer Support Specialist at Blithequark, you will be responsible for providing outstanding virtual customer support via phone, email, and chat. You will assist customers in navigating our virtual healthcare services, educate them on our products and services, and troubleshoot issues. Essential Skills and Qualifications: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong command of English. Previous customer service experience, preferably in a remote or virtual setting. Proficiency in using virtual communication tools and systems.
