Key Responsibilities Data Entry and Maintenance: Input and maintain accurate data into various databases and systems, ensuring data integrity and consistency. Data Verification: Verify data for accuracy and completeness, identifying and correcting errors or discrepancies. Data Quality Checks: Perform regular data quality checks to ensure the integrity of our databases and systems. Error Resolution: Assist in resolving any discrepancies or errors, collaborating with team members to achieve departmental goals. Policy Adherence: Adhere to data entry policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Collaboration: Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals, sharing knowledge and best practices. Essential Qualifications Education: High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred. Experience: Proven experience in data entry or a related field; previous experience in administrative roles preferred. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel; familiarity with basic office equipment and computer systems. Soft Skills: Excellent attention to detail and accuracy; strong organizational and time management skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team; effective communication skills, both written and verbal. Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of Data Entry Best Practices: Familiarity with data entry best practices and principles.
