Job Responsibilities As a Consultant, Global Equity, you'll contribute to a team that delivers stock plan management by: Performing daily, weekly, and monthly proactive data audits to ensure operational compliance of equity-based long-term incentive plans and stock purchase plans Processing the discharge of Performance Share Unit (PSU), Restricted Stock Unit (RSU), and stock purchase plan Matching proportion awards Reviewing equity transaction activity, including transactions associated with stock option exercises, RSU and PSU releases, and stock purchase plan activities, to ensure accurate and timely buy, release, settlement, and reporting Researching, tracking, and responding to questions obtained from participants, process partners, or other stakeholders Supporting equity-based long-term incentive award grant process and stock purchase plan enrollment activities Producing ad-hoc data analytics or reporting in support of ongoing operations Reviewing and maintaining equity management systems and documentation Performing other equity plan management tasks, as requested Qualifications & Requirements To be successful in this role, you'll need: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience preferred At least 1 year of experience in stock plan management, payroll, tax, accounting, or a comparable area preferred Experience working with a variety of stock plan products, including stock options, Performance Share Units, Restricted Stock Units, and stock purchase plans, is preferred Demonstrated ability to learn new tools, systems, and processes quickly Understanding of HRIS systems (Workday in particular), systems, and interrelationships of data transfers Ability to analyze and convert findings into precise actionable recommendations Functional Skills We're looking for candidates with the following skills: Strong attention to detail Clear communicator Data analysis Customer service focus What We Offer At The Coca-Cola Company, we offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that includes: Competitive base pay Incentives and bonuses Benefits, including health, dental, and vision coverage Retirement savings plans Paid time off and holidays Opportunities for career growth and development Career Growth Opportunities We're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
