Requirements Essential Qualifications 0-2 Years of Customer Service Experience : We're looking for individuals with little to no experience in customer service, but a strong desire to learn and grow in this field. Chat experience is a plus, but not required. High School Diploma or Equivalent : A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this role. Excellent Communication Skills : You should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers via live chat. Problem-Solving Skills : You should have strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner. Basic Computer Skills : You should have basic knowledge of computer software and technology, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and tools. Preferred Qualifications Chat Software Experience : Experience with chat software and technology is a plus, but not required. Customer Service Certification : Certification in customer service, such as the Certified Customer Service Representative, is preferred. Call Center Experience : Experience working in a call center or customer service environment is preferred, but not required.
