What You'll Do As a Full Stack Software Engineer at Workwarp, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and deploying cloud-native applications using AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, DynamoDB, and ECS/EKS. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, quality assurance, and operations, to align priorities and deliver integrated solutions. Key Responsibilities Technical Leadership and Architectural Guidance: Lead by example, demonstrating a deep understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and best practices. Provide architectural guidance and design oversight, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with business objectives. Code Quality and Review: Establish and enforce coding standards, code review processes, and quality assurance practices. Conduct regular code reviews, providing constructive feedback to team members to improve code quality, readability, and maintainability. AWS Expertise and Cloud Architecture: Utilize your expertise in AWS services to architect and implement scalable, resilient, and cost-effective cloud solutions. Design and deploy cloud-native applications leveraging services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, DynamoDB, and ECS/EKS. Project Planning and Execution: Drive project execution, identifying key milestones, dependencies, and resourcing, monitoring progress, addressing impediments, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software solutions. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, quality assurance, and operations, to align priorities and deliver integrated solutions. Essential Qualifications 7+ years of experience in Software Development as a software engineer Strong technical skills in programming languages like Java, Python, JavaScript Extensive experience with cloud technologies, particularly AWS, and proficiency in cloud architecture design and implementation Solid understanding of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) and tools (e.g., JIRA, Git) Solid fundamental background in multiple testing disciplines (e.g., APIs, Functional UI testing, Performance testing, data-oriented systems testing, distributed systems, etc.) Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or a similar math or engineering discipline Preferred Qualifications Experience with AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, DynamoDB, and ECS/EKS Familiarity with containerization using Docker and Kubernetes Experience with agile development methodologies and tools like JIRA, Git Strong communication and collaboration skills What We Offer At Workwarp, we offer a competitive salary, remote work opportunities, and a dynamic work environment that fosters growth and learning.
