We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Security Architect to join our IT Security & Data Protection team, responsible for ensuring the security and integrity of our systems and data. **Job Summary** The Full Stack Security Architect will play a critical role in the IT Security & Data Protection division, responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining secure systems and processes across the organization. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the development of our security strategy and architecture. **Key Responsibilities** * Design, implement, and maintain secure systems and processes across the organization * Conduct security risk assessments and provide recommendations for mitigation * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address security vulnerabilities * Develop and implement security policies and procedures * Conduct security testing and penetration testing to identify vulnerabilities * Provide security guidance and support to IT teams and business stakeholders * Stay up-to-date with emerging security threats and technologies * Collaborate with the Data Innovation team to identify and address data protection risks * Develop and implement data protection policies and procedures * Conduct data protection risk assessments and provide recommendations for mitigation * Collaborate with the Review/Chance team to identify and address security and data protection risks **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field * Strong understanding of IT security principles and practices * Experience in designing and implementing secure systems and processes * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks * Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality * Experience with security frameworks and standards (e.g. NIST, ISO 27001) * Experience with security testing and penetration testing tools and techniques * Experience with data protection regulations and standards (e.g. GDPR, HIPAA) **Preferred Qualifications** * Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field * Professional certifications in security (e.g. CISSP, CISM) * Experience with cloud security platforms and services (e.g. AWS, Azure) * Experience with DevOps and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines * Experience with containerization and orchestration (e.g. Docker, Kubernetes) * Experience with security information and event management (SIEM) systems * Experience with threat intelligence and incident response **Skills and Competencies** * Strong understanding of IT security principles and practices * Experience in designing and implementing secure systems and processes * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks * Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality * Experience with security frameworks and standards (e.g. NIST, ISO 27001) * Experience with security testing and penetration testing tools and techniques * Experience with data protection regulations and standards (e.g. GDPR, HIPAA) * Strong understanding of cloud security platforms and services (e.g. AWS, Azure) * Experience with DevOps and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines * Experience with containerization and orchestration (e.g. Docker, Kubernetes) * Experience with security information and event management (SIEM) systems * Experience with threat intelligence and incident response **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
