Job Summary We're seeking an experienced and results-driven remote telephone sales specialist to join our dynamic sales team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for selling our portrait session experience, managing schedules, and building rapport with customers. Responsibilities Sell the portrait session experience unique to David Stiff Photography, specializing in family portraits featuring canine furbabies Manage the schedule and sell appointments for photography sessions Follow up on warm leads and build a rapport with customers who have already expressed interest in our services via social media and want to tell us about their dogs Apply solid sales skills to understand customer needs and close all sales with integrity Achieve daily and weekly targeted goals and KPIs (key performance indicators) Requirements We're looking for individuals who can hit the ground running. To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications: 10+ years of outbound phone sales history 10+ years of cold calling experience (while there is no cold calling, a minimum of 10 years of experience is necessary, as you'll be following up with warm leads and selling our portrait session experience) Timeshare sales experience is particularly helpful to this role Accustomed to navigating multiple computer software and applications while on the phone Moderate keyboarding and computer skills Excellent verbal communication and listening skills Clear speaking voice Willingness to incorporate feedback to progressively improve performance Technical Requirements To excel in this role, you'll need to meet the following technical requirements: Access to your own computer with a Windows operating system 2 Monitor Screens A noise-canceling headset A web cam A color printer A fast, reliable internet connection that can support VOIP calls What We Offer As a remote telephone sales specialist with David Stiff Photography, you'll enjoy a competitive salary, commission-based pay, and the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home.
