Job Summary We're seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy Remote Data Entry Clerk to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our systems, performing data quality checks, and collaborating with team members to ensure data integrity and completeness. Key Responsibilities Enter and maintain accurate data into our systems with a high level of attention to detail, ensuring data integrity and consistency. Perform regular data quality checks to identify and correct errors, and implement data validation processes to ensure accuracy and completeness. Assist in organizing and categorizing information for easy retrieval, and develop and maintain data management systems and processes. Collaborate with team members to ensure data integrity and completeness, and provide support for data-related projects and initiatives. Handle administrative tasks, including responding to emails and inquiries, and perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Essential Qualifications: Proven experience in data entry or related roles, with a strong track record of accuracy and attention to detail. Excellent typing speed and accuracy, with a minimum of 25 words per minute. Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors, with a keen eye for data quality and consistency. Proficiency in using data entry software and tools, including Microsoft Office suite and other productivity applications. Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision, with strong communication skills for remote collaboration. High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications are a plus. Preferred Qualifications: Background in healthcare, warehouse work, delivery driving, customer service, or other related fields. Experience with data management systems and processes, including data validation and quality control. Familiarity with cloud-based productivity tools and applications, including Google Workspace or Microsoft Teams. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
