Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Remote Automotive Customer Service Representative to join our team at Blithequark. As a key contributor to our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers via phone, email, chat, and social media. Issue Resolution: Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise, ensuring a positive customer experience. Escalation: Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate to ensure that customer concerns are addressed promptly and effectively. Payment Processing: Respond to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Call Tracking: Track all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes, maintaining accurate records. Feedback and Upselling: Provide feedback on call issues and upsell products or services as required, identifying opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Requirements and Qualifications To be successful as a Remote Automotive Customer Service Representative at Blithequark, you will need: Experience: 6 months of customer service experience, preferably in the automotive industry. Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. Typing Skills: The ability to type 25 words per minute accurately. Education: A high school graduate or GED equivalent.
