Job Summary We are looking for a talented Quality Control Standards Data Analyst to join our team on a remote basis. As a Quality Control Standards Data Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing data to identify trends and performance metrics, developing and presenting recommendations for process improvements, and mitigating risks through data-driven insights. Key Responsibilities Perform and assist others in the Quality Control team in timely data collection, validation, and root cause analysis on data elements. Help create and communicate results from complex data and analysis for both technical and non-technical clients and leaders. Assist in addressing critical ad-hoc requests resulting from emerging maintenance issues and provide analytical answers to enable senior leadership to make business decisions while balancing existing project responsibilities. Present insights, trends, and potential recommendations using data visualization tools to support the relevant points of the analysis and ease stakeholder understanding. Help develop and distribute specific queries to pull and coordinate data from various sources, establishing the rhythm, and validating the need of the data requirements. Identify anomalies in processes through reviews/audits and communicate findings to the team. Assess the effectiveness of processes and procedures by monitoring for trends and errors. Ensure that a compliance mindset is at the forefront of every decision. May perform other job responsibilities as directed by the Team Lead. Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a related field. Proficient ability to gather, organize, and analyze critical measures of data with attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to effectively listen to, understand, and communicate ideas and present information in writing, verbally, or through presentations delivered to discussions of varying audiences. Ability to assess business issues, identify valuable opportunities for data needs, and interpret resulting metrics. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office. Ability to work effectively in a strong team-oriented environment. Ability to prioritize responsibilities effectively and be a self-starter. Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of data visualization tools and capabilities, such as Tableau, Alteryx, and QuickBase. Experience with PowerPoint to build presentations for verbal communications. Prior internship experience in a related field. Capstone projects and analysis coursework. Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information properly. Experience in planning and supporting large business initiatives.
