Job Summary We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Control Standards Data Analyst to support our Quality Control team. As a remote team member, you'll work closely with our Dallas, TX-based team to analyze data, identify trends, and develop recommendations to improve our Quality Control processes. Key Responsibilities Perform and assist in the timely collection, validation, and root cause analysis of data elements to support Quality Control decision-making. Help create and communicate results from complex data and analysis to both technical and non-technical stakeholders and leaders. Assist in addressing ad-hoc requests arising from emerging maintenance issues and provide analytical answers to support senior leadership decision-making. Present insights, trends, and potential recommendations using data visualization tools to facilitate stakeholder understanding. Develop and distribute specific queries to pull and coordinate data from various sources, establishing the rhythm and validating the need for data requirements. Identify anomalies in processes through audits/reviews and communicate findings to the team. Assess the effectiveness of processes and procedures by monitoring for trends and errors. Ensure that a compliance mindset is at the forefront of every decision. May perform other job duties as directed by the Team Lead. Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Operations, or Analytics). Proficient in Microsoft Office, with experience in data analysis and visualization. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to diverse audiences. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and prioritize responsibilities. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau, Alteryx, or QuickBase. Familiarity with PowerPoint and presentation development. Previous internship or work experience in a related field (e.g., quality control, operations, or analytics). Relevant coursework or projects in data analysis, statistics, or business. Experience managing sensitive and confidential information.
