With a strong focus on collaboration, innovation, and quality, we're committed to creating a workplace that's inclusive, diverse, and rewarding. **The Role** As a Virtual & Simulation Testing Quality Assurance Engineer on the arenaflex Mechatronics & Sustainable Packaging team, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing virtual platforms to test and verify solutions through simulations and emulations with a high degree of fidelity. You'll work closely with Product Teams, QA Manual Testing and Requirements Team, and internal customers to ensure that new solutions meet their requirements and deliver high-quality products that integrate seamlessly into the arenaflex Fulfillment network. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop, implement, and simulate virtual platforms to validate end-to-end solutions with real-life software * Ensure that products meet required specifications for quality, function, operation, reliability, maintenance, training & learning, deployment, process- and MHE- integration, service and support prior to delivery * Identify and set appropriate quality standards and parameters for products * Communicate quality standards and parameters to the product team, including hardware, software, controls, and materials development teams * Coordinate simulations and testing processes * Identify and analyze issues, bugs, defects, and other problems, particularly when problems recur in multiple products; recommend and facilitate solutions to these issues * Connect with internal customers (Operations, RME, ACES, PE, OpsEng, WWDE, etc.), review client, customer, and user feedback * Maintain compliance with federal, state, local, and organizational laws, regulations, guidelines, and policies **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree (BS) in a relevant field, such as Engineering, Computer Science, or Quality Assurance * 5+ years proven experience working with large cross-functional engineering teams with modeling, simulation, testing, integration, and/or quality assurance domain expertise * Proven experience in fulfillment systems with storage equipment, material handling systems, automated sortation systems, and related automation equipment * Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to travel up to 70% to business locations and project sites **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with complex automated material handling equipment, packaging technologies, and systems, including robotics, and high-speed manufacturing * Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members, operations, and management * Project managing skills to start projects and finish projects successfully **What We Offer** * A dynamic and inclusive work environment that fosters collaboration, innovation, and growth * Opportunities to work on cutting-edge projects that drive efficiency, sustainability, and customer satisfaction * Competitive compensation and benefits package * Professional development and training opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge * A chance to be part of a team that's shaping the future of Mechatronics and Sustainable Packaging **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and experienced Quality Assurance professional looking for a new challenge, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
