Our Customer Service team is at the forefront of this effort, working tirelessly to ensure that every customer interaction is seamless and enjoyable. **Job Summary** As a Product Manager, Customer Service Operations at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for leading the development of our contact center platform, working closely with cross-functional teams, including setup, planning, projects, and data planning groups, as well as external solution providers. You'll be the key driver in shaping the future of our contact center stage, ensuring that it meets the needs of our customers and internal stakeholders.
