About the Role As a Pre-Licensed Customer Service Representative at Blithequark, you will be responsible for resolving high-level consumer issues and providing support to policy holders with billing questions, policy changes, and recommendations. You will work in a fast-paced environment, utilizing excellent decision-making skills and innovation to respond to consumer concerns while adhering to company and departmental guidelines.
