**Experienced Full Stack Pharmacy Customer Service Associate – Remote Data Entry Position at blithequark**

Our team of dedicated professionals is passionate about making a difference in the lives of others, and we're excited to have you join our mission. **Job Summary** As a Full Stack Pharmacy Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our patients and customers, while also performing a variety of tasks related to pharmacy operations. This is a remote data entry position, which means you will work from home and interact with our team and customers through various digital channels. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide exceptional customer service to patients and customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner * Register sales on assigned sales register, collect cash, and disperse change as needed * Process voids, returns, delays, discounts, and trades as necessary * Take clients to OTC walkway to help with finding items * Keep counters and retail areas clean and well-organized, take stock, and maintain records * Check in and cost stock as required or as directed by senior supervisor or shift leader * Perform tasks as assigned by Pharmacy Director, Staff Pharmacist, and Senior Supervisor, including using pharmacy systems to enter patient and medication data, ensuring data is accurate, filling prescriptions by retrieving, counting, and pouring medication, confirming medication is correct, and checking for potential interactions * Report, immediately, prescription errors to pharmacist on duty and adhere to Organization policies and procedures related to pharmacy errors and the Quality Improvement Program * Audit and follow the blithequark Co. Pharmacy Governance guidelines * Rigorously adhere to the blithequark Co. policy regarding Honest Intentions Dispensing during all applicable prescription dispensing activities * Handle calls that do not require individual attention of the pharmacist, including those to doctors * Process (revises and resubmits) manual cases for external program prescription services in a timely and efficient manner, and perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the Pharmacy Director * Assist and support Pharmacy Division on stock management activities, such as ordering, unloading, checking, and storing shipments of medications * Maintain knowledge of Organization resource security methods, and record claims for distribution center overages (stock received, but not charged), deficiencies (stock charged, but not received), order errors or damaged products including Rx medications * Ensure compliance with state and local regulations regarding controlled substances (e.g., cocktails and tobacco products) * Build and maintain displays, including promotional, seasonal, and special displays, and finish resets and corrections as directed * Assist with division of food items (e.g., raw foods from pre-cooked) and product placement as determined by strategies/methods (e.g., raw and frozen meats on bottom shelves) * Have working knowledge of store systems and store equipment * Provide customer service in the photo area, including digital identification photo service, banner print, and creative machine, and sell of special photo items * Take on web pick-up responsibilities (screens orders in Picture Care, handles orders (pick items), and delivers orders to customers as they arrive at the store) * Assist with outside and inside maintenance by ensuring a clean, neat, and well-organized store condition and appearance * Adhere to all organization policies and procedures; maintain respectful relationships with colleagues * Complete special tasks and other assignments as directed **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree * Strong background in pharmacy operations and customer service * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations * Strong attention to detail and accuracy * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information **Preferred Qualifications** * 6 months of experience in a retail environment * Previous work experience with blithequark * Strong numerical skills to accurately fill prescriptions, including counting, measuring, and weighing medications * Strong computer skills * Knowledge of store stock control * PTCB certification **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations * Strong attention to detail and accuracy * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information * Strong numerical skills to accurately fill prescriptions, including counting, measuring, and weighing medications * Strong computer skills * Knowledge of store stock control * PTCB certification **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** * Opportunities for career advancement and professional growth * Comprehensive training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge * Access to cutting-edge technology and equipment * Collaborative and supportive work environment * Opportunities for continuing education and professional certification **Work Environment and Company Culture** * Remote data entry position, working from home * Collaborative and supportive work environment * Opportunities for career advancement and professional growth * Comprehensive training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge * Access to cutting-edge technology and equipment * Flexible work schedule, including nights and weekend hours **Compensation, Perks, and Benefits** * Competitive hourly rate of $25/hour * Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance * 401(k) retirement plan with company match * Paid time off and holidays * Opportunities for continuing education and professional certification * Collaborative and supportive work environment **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
