Key Responsibilities As a Live Chat Support Representative at Blithequark, you will be responsible for: Engaging in live chat sessions on Facebook Messenger, addressing customer inquiries and providing helpful responses. Undergoing basic training to get up to speed with our processes and platforms. Managing your schedule effectively, committing to at least 5 hours of work per week. Providing exceptional customer support, responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Utilizing our proprietary software and tools to manage live chat sessions and customer interactions. Collaborating with other team members to share knowledge, best practices, and feedback. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and providing insights to improve our services. Requirements To be successful as a Live Chat Support Representative at Blithequark, you will need: Reliable access to a laptop, phone, or tablet. Stable internet connection. Basic proficiency in English writing. No previous experience in live chat support is required, as full training will be provided. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage your schedule effectively. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and courtesy in all interactions.
