Key Responsibilities Customer Interaction: Provide real-time support to customers via live chat, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering product or service information. Respond to customer queries in a timely and professional manner, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Problem Solving: Identify customer needs and troubleshoot problems effectively, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex issues and provide solutions. Documentation: Record and track chat interactions, including detailed notes on customer issues and resolutions, in our CRM system. Ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation to facilitate future customer interactions. Requirements Education A High School Diploma or equivalent is required; an Associate's degree or higher is preferred. Experience Previous experience in a customer service or support role, especially via live chat, is advantageous.
