If you have a strong background in data entry, network framework, and IT support, and enjoy working from home, we encourage you to apply. **Key Responsibilities** As an Experienced Full Stack IT Support Specialist, your key responsibilities will include: * **Data Entry & Verification**: Accurately enter, update, and verify data in our systems, ensuring high levels of data integrity and quality. * **Network Framework & IT Support**: Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to network frameworks, workstations, servers, and organization systems. * **Password Management & Security**: Maintain passwords, ensure information integrity, and uphold record framework security. * **Client Support**: Provide exceptional customer service, answering client queries, resolving technical issues, and ensuring client satisfaction. * **Technical Support**: Offer specialized help to PC framework clients, resolving technical issues via phone, email, or remote access. * **Equipment & Software Support**: Provide assistance with the use of PC equipment and software, including printing, installation, project frameworks (SPLUS, ETPS2, and E2K, etc.), email, and working frameworks. * **Site Visits & On-Site Support**: Conduct site visits to investigate technical issues, introduce or update equipment and software, and ensure seamless resolution of technical problems. * **Communication & Follow-Up**: Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates on technical issues, and ensuring issues are resolved to their satisfaction. **Essential Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you will need: * **Strong Data Entry Skills**: Proven experience in data entry, with high levels of accuracy and attention to detail. * **IT Support Experience**: A minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support, with a strong understanding of network frameworks, workstations, servers, and organization systems. * **Technical Knowledge**: Strong knowledge of Microsoft Working Frameworks (client/server), Cisco VPN, Citrix, Apparition, Symantec, Distant Work area Applications, Dynamic Catalog, and various Internet browsers. * **Communication Skills**: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical clients. * **Problem-Solving Skills**: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and resolve them efficiently. **Preferred Qualifications** While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly desirable: * **Experience with Remote Desktop Applications**: Familiarity with remote desktop applications, such as Citrix or Apparition. * **Knowledge of Project Management Tools**: Experience with project management tools, such as SPLUS, ETPS2, or E2K. * **Certifications**: Relevant certifications, such as CompTIA A+ or Cisco CCNA. **Skills & Competencies** To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: * **Technical Expertise**: Strong technical knowledge of network frameworks, workstations, servers, and organization systems. * **Communication & Interpersonal Skills**: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical clients. * **Problem-Solving & Analytical Skills**: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and resolve them efficiently. * **Attention to Detail**: High levels of attention to detail, with the ability to accurately enter, update, and verify data in our systems. * **Time Management & Organization**: Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. **Career Growth Opportunities & Learning Benefits** At UPS Remote Jobs, we are committed to creating a work environment that is inclusive, supportive, and empowering, where our employees can grow and thrive.
