You will work closely with our IT Offices Group, which is responsible for IT administration of all site executions, inventories, system planning, and break/fix services for server farm basic infrastructure, IT accreditation labs, and remote communication room basic climate gear. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide IT administration of expert services, project management, and support to ensure the operational sustainability of our airport communication spaces. * Work closely with our IT Offices Group to ensure the effective management of IT services, including IT administration of all site executions, inventories, system planning, and break/fix services. * Manage and maintain the operational sustainability of our server farm and remote communication room basic infrastructure. * Develop and implement server farm and remote communication room standards for space, power, cooling, and physical layer IT infrastructure. * Support IT Offices grounds fiber ring to ensure the reliability and service continuity of the Atlanta airport and grounds offices underground fiber ring. * Suggest and implement departmental policies, procedures, and standards. * Ensure compliance with all governing corporate policies and procedures. * Project manage server farm and remote communication room guidelines capital upgrades, updates, and improvements. * Determine IT and basic offices services, ensuring accurate documentation, obtaining best costs for items and services, and ensuring that vendors meet their contractual obligations. * Provide proactive and break-fix support for alert/ticket remediation related to offices, remote communication rooms, lab, and server farm equipment. * Ensure the functional sustainability of our airport basic climate framework. * Develop Plan Guidelines for Remote Communication Room Space, UPS, air conditioning, Generators, and Fire Life and Security (FLS) systems. * Coordinate remote maintenance and break-fix exercises for airport basic infrastructure. * Review/Store Support Records.
