Job Description We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Insurance Accounts Manager to join our remote team. Key Responsibilities Assist with day-to-day operations, including customer service, policy retention, new business sales, quoting, comparing, and rating various carriers. Interact with all areas of the company to help us work more efficiently and meet our goals. Focus on high-value tasks, such as scheduling, networking, and follow-ups, to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer engagement, retention, and loyalty. Collaborate with our Customer Support team to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer inquiries. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices to ensure our operations remain compliant and effective. About You We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a passion for insurance. If you have a proven track record of success in a similar role, a Property & Casualty Insurance License, and prior experience working for an Independent Insurance Agency in Personal Lines and/or Commercial Lines Insurance, we encourage you to apply. Requirements MUST have a Property & Casualty Insurance License. Prior experience working for an Independent Insurance Agency in Personal Lines and/or Commercial Lines Insurance. Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook. Experience with CRM software and other industry-specific tools. Preferred Qualifications Business-minded with a strong understanding of insurance operations and industry trends. Social-media savvy with experience in marketing and customer engagement. Experience with project management and team leadership. Strong knowledge of insurance regulations and compliance. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
