About the Role We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Human Resources Information System-Senior Manager to join our team. As a key member of our HRIS team, you'll play a critical role in designing, implementing, and maintaining our Workday configuration, talent management, and performance optimization solutions. Key Responsibilities Manage a team of HRIS professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure the successful delivery of projects and initiatives. Collaborate with functional HR teams and GTS to identify business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs, leveraging Workday configuration, integrations, and other HRIS tools. Oversee projects from needs assessment to implementation, ensuring timely delivery, and effective communication with stakeholders. Translate business requirements into technical specifications, working closely with the development team to design and implement solutions. Manage prioritization and status reporting to drive results and meet deadlines, providing regular updates to leadership and stakeholders. Develop short and long-term roadmaps to achieve strategic talent initiatives, working closely with HR functional owners and other stakeholders. Lead strategy development on best practice talent solutions, leveraging industry expertise and thought leadership. Own and manage multiple large-scale, cross-functional projects from start to finish, ensuring successful delivery and stakeholder satisfaction. Partner with key vendors to drive better solutions within core products, negotiating contracts and ensuring effective implementation. Assess business and system needs to make decisions on technical requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Understand, at a high level, Workday business process framework, configurable security, report writer, integrations, and user experience, providing guidance and support to the team. Drive results, providing LOEs, and ensuring project timelines are met, with a focus on quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Provide leadership updates through regular communication and presentations, ensuring stakeholders are informed and engaged. Requirements To be successful in this role, you'll need: Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience. Six or more years of relevant work experience in HRIS, project management, or a related field. Project management experience, with a focus on delivering results in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to travel up to approximately 25% of the time, with occasional in-person trainings and meetings. Even better if you have one or more of the following: A degree in a related field, such as HR, business administration, or computer science. Talent Management/Performance configuration & integration experience in Workday. Workday configuration experience, with a focus on talent management and performance optimization. A strong understanding of industry best practices across talent, with a focus on Workday configuration and integrations. Experience presenting to all levels of the organization, with a focus on communicating complex technical information in a clear and concise manner. Experience in Human Resources, preferably HRIS or IT, with a focus on talent management and performance optimization. Experience managing a team, with a focus on leadership, mentorship, and team development. Experience designing system requirements, with a focus on Workday configuration and integrations. Experience building testing plans and scenarios, with a focus on ensuring quality and efficiency. Experience resolving technical issues with minimal direction, with a focus on problem-solving and critical thinking. Experience with agile methodology, including Sprint planning and leading scrum calls. Strong partnership skills that build results-oriented relationships with customers, with a focus on communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement. Experience with ticket tracking systems, preferably JIRA. Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively at all levels of the organization. The ability to work independently with limited direction, with a focus on autonomy, self-motivation, and accountability.
