As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for supporting our Lead Marketing and Operations Team in the US GAAP as well as accounting and reporting for a European company. You'll work closely with our dedicated Billing Team to ensure accuracy and timeliness, leveraging your expertise in financial management, international finance, and data analysis to drive business growth and success. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop and implement financial processes and systems to support arenaflex's data-driven culture * Collaborate with the Lead Marketing and Operations Team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis * Work closely with the Billing Team to ensure accuracy and timeliness in financial transactions and reporting * Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, providing insights to inform business decisions * Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets to support business planning and growth * Ensure compliance with financial regulations, laws, and standards, including SOX 404 * Provide financial guidance and support to cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Operations, and Sales * Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, including auditors, banks, and investors * Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes, applying knowledge to drive business growth and success **About You** * You're a seasoned financial professional with a minimum of 4 years of experience in a senior accounting or financial management role * You have a strong background in financial management, international finance, and data analysis * You're a collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills * You're able to work well under pressure, managing multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment * You're a strategic thinker with a passion for innovation and a drive to excel in a dynamic environment * You're fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills * You're able to work effectively in a remote environment, with minimal supervision **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field * Professional certification in accounting or finance (e.g., CPA, CMA) * Strong knowledge of financial management, international finance, and data analysis * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills * Ability to work well under pressure, managing multiple priorities and deadlines * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to work effectively in a remote environment, with minimal supervision **Preferred Qualifications** * Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field * Experience working in a multinational company or with international financial regulations * Strong knowledge of financial software and systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) * Experience with financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting * Strong leadership and management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams * Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) **Support for Disabled People** arenaflex is committed to providing equal opportunity for all, including people with disabilities.
