Key Responsibilities: Market Analysis and Insights: Develop a deep understanding of the marketplace segment, including seasonality, global trends, and competitor activities. Monitor and analyze market developments to inform strategic decisions. Seller Acquisition and Development: Identify, prospect, and onboard high-potential sellers to our platform through direct sales visits, events, and presentations. Build strong relationships with sellers and provide guidance on best practices for online selling. Seller Enablement and Support: Share data-driven insights with sellers to help them achieve high standards of delivery, customer satisfaction, and business objectives. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve vendor issues and optimize the selling experience. Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to attract key marketplace players and maximize our product selection and customer base. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions. Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Track key performance indicators, including sales growth, customer satisfaction, and seller engagement. Provide regular updates and insights to stakeholders on market trends and competitor activity. Primary Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or economics, is required. Sales Experience: 1-3 years of successful business-to-business sales experience, preferably in ecommerce, technology, retail, or FMCG industries. Consultative Sales Skills: Demonstrated achievement in exceeding sales objectives using consultative and solutions-focused processes. Communication and Presentation Skills: Advanced conversation and presentation abilities, with a strong working understanding of Excel and MS Office programs. Analytical and Quantitative Skills: Advanced analytical abilities and quantitative skills, with the ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment and be enthusiastic about success and winning. Commercial Enterprise Judgment: Remarkable commercial enterprise judgment with strong written and oral communication talents. Preferred Qualifications: Ecommerce Experience: 2+ years of ecommerce experience is a plus. Consumer Electronics Experience: 3+ years of experience in the consumer electronics sector is a plus. Direct Sales Experience: 3+ years of direct sales experience is a plus.
