As a highly skilled and strategic E2E Customer Journey, Sr Product Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping the customer experience for new product launches. You will work closely with Franchise Product Marketing Managers (PMMs) to translate overall strategies into detailed customer journey maps, ensuring that every customer interaction is optimized to meet their needs. **About blithequark** blithequark started in 2000 with an idea and a mission to enable our customers to enjoy simplicity, freedom, and healthier lives through the use of our Omnipod product platform. We are committed to creating a dynamic and innovative team committed to excellence, where you can grow professionally and advance your career. **Responsibilities** As an E2E Customer Journey, Sr Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for: * Developing and maintaining detailed customer journey maps that reflect the go-to-market strategy for new product launches * Identifying updates on the E2E internal flows from customer journey perspective for each upcoming product launch or partnership * Partnering with Franchise PMMs to translate overall strategies into actionable customer journey maps * Consolidating input from various teams to provide a holistic view of the customer journey * Guiding teams to define implications in different Agile Release Trains (ARTs), considering customer needs at each interaction * Documenting different versions of the customer journey as strategies evolve, ensuring alignment with the future state customer journey * Monitoring and updating customer journey maps to reflect changes in strategy and customer feedback **Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you will need: * Proven experience of at least 5-8 years in total, with 3+ years of experience defining customer journeys and their associated business process and technology enablers * Strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work collaboratively across teams * Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working with Agile Release Trains (ARTs) * Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred **Key Competencies** * Strategic Thinking: Ability to translate high-level strategies into detailed, actionable plans * Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams * Attention to Detail: Meticulous in documenting and updating customer journey maps * Adaptability: Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing strategies and priorities **Why Join Us** * Impact: Play a crucial role in shaping the customer experience for new product launches * Growth: Opportunities for professional development and career advancement * Culture: Be part of a dynamic and innovative team committed to excellence **Additional Information** * The position can be remote, hybrid or in-person at our Acton, MA Headquarters.
