As a Key Information Researcher in our team, you'll play a crucial role in directing the creation, implementation, and support of data analysis and AI (Machine Learning) model development for our attractions. As a key member of our team, you'll work closely with internal partners to deliver exceptional visitor experiences through intelligent and data-driven systems. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the arenaflex family from the comfort of your own home, with no prior experience necessary – just a passion for customer service and a love for all things arenaflex! **Key Responsibilities** * Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to drive ML methodologies and identify areas where business issues can be addressed creatively by applying ML. * Lead and work with cross-functional teams of specialists and data scientists to execute and scale ML solutions that deliver exceptional visitor experiences and push the boundaries of functional objectives. * Drive innovation, idea validation, innovation funding, and client communications that lead to the development of top-tier AI platforms. * Manage functional support and maintenance of ML-related products and services delivered by the team. * Develop standard techniques used in everyday tasks and work with specialized units to plan, design, and execute large-scale projects in the AI space. * Productionize ML models in predictive analysis, clustering, image recognition, NLP, anomaly detection, and more, and assess their performance on real-world datasets. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve goals in improving system performance and coordinate with existing software practices that produce efficient code, including automated testing, continuous integration, code style consistency, and code reviews. **Required Capabilities and Abilities** * 2+ years of experience in Python and predictive modeling, including TensorFlow, SparkMLib, PySpark, Light, MXNet, and more. * 2+ years of experience in cloud platforms like AWS and GCP. * Proficiency in SDLC, QA cycles, and Agile programming methodologies. * Master-level experience in structured and unstructured data (i.e., images, video, text, audio, etc.) and SQL social and non-social datasets. * 2+ years of experience with Windstream or another data workflow management tool. * Experience with version control software, like GitHub and GitLab, Model Operations, and CI/CD pipelines. * Experience in driving discovery processes with partners to identify business requirements and desired outcomes, and a strong ability to communicate effectively and make decisions. * Strong systems integration engineering skills, with the ability to transform new technologies into business solutions. **Preferred Capabilities** * Experience with Docker. * Experience with control frameworks. * Experience with Kubernetes. * Experience with cloud platforms in GCP or another cloud platform. * Experience with Atlassian tools like Jira and Confluence. * Experience with Agile development methodologies. * Experience with automated testing, continuous integration, and continuous deployment. * Experience with data representation and data validation tools (e.g., Splunk, Plotly, Tableau). * Experience with audio analysis. * Experience with text analysis. **Education** * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Software Engineering, or a related technical field. * Preferred: Ph.D. in Computer Science, Information Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Software Engineering, or a related technical field. **What We Offer** * A dynamic and innovative work environment that's always pushing the boundaries of what's possible. * Opportunities for career growth and professional development, with a focus on continuous learning and improvement. * A competitive salary and benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off. * A collaborative and supportive team environment that's passionate about delivering exceptional visitor experiences. * The opportunity to work on high-impact projects that make a lasting impact on our visitors and the industry. **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and experienced Full Stack Data Scientist who's passionate about AI and machine learning, we'd love to hear from you!
