You'll work closely with our internal partners to design and deliver intelligent and data-driven solutions that meet the needs of our visitors. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the development of cutting-edge technology that's changing the face of entertainment. **Key Responsibilities** * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement AI models that drive business growth and improve customer experiences * Conduct research and analysis to identify areas where business issues can be solved creatively using AI * Lead and work with other data researchers and specialists to execute and scale AI solutions that create magical experiences for our visitors * Drive innovation and development of top-tier AI platforms through idea generation, proof-of-concepts, innovation funds, and client communications * Manage functional support and maintenance of ML-related products and services delivered by the team * Build standard techniques used in everyday tasks and work with specialty units to plan, design, and execute large-scale projects in the AI space * Productionize ML algorithms in predictive analysis, clustering, image recognition, NLP, anomaly detection, and more, and assess their performance on real-world datasets * Collaborate with other teams to achieve goals in improving system performance and coordinate with existing software practices that produce efficient code, including automated testing, continuous integration, code style consistency, and code reviews **Required Capabilities and Abilities** * 2+ years of experience in Python and with predictive modeling experiences, such as TensorFlow, SparkMLib, PySpark, Light, MXNet, etc. * 2+ years of experience in cloud platforms like AWS and GCP * Proficient in SDLC, QA cycles, and Agile Programming Frameworks * Master-level experience in structured and unstructured data (i.e., images, video, text, etc.) and SQL social and non-social datasets * 2+ years of experience with Windstream or another data workflow management tool * Experience with version control software, like GitHub and GitLab, Model Operations, and CI/CD pipelines * Experience in driving discovery processes with partners to identify business requirements and desired outcomes, relational skills, and determination to complete responsibilities * Strong systems integration engineering skills, capable of transforming new tech into business solutions **Preferred Capabilities** * Experience with Docker * Experience with control frameworks * Experience with Kubernetes * Experience with cloud platforms in GCP or another cloud platform * Experience with Atlassian tools like Jira and Confluence * Experience with Agile development techniques * Experience with automated testing, continuous integration, and continuous deployment * Experience with data visualization and data validation tools (e.g., Splunk, Plotly, Tableau) * Experience with audio analysis * Experience with text analysis **Education** * Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Science, Statistics, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or similar technical foundation * Preferred: Ph.D. in Computer Science, Information Science, Statistics, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or similar technical foundation **What We Offer** * Competitive salary and benefits package * Opportunity to work on cutting-edge technology and contribute to the development of innovative solutions * Collaborative and dynamic work environment with a team of talented professionals * Professional development and growth opportunities * Flexible work arrangements, including remote work options * Access to the latest tools and technologies * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and talented individual who is passionate about data, innovation, and customer service, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
