You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data visualization tools, statistical models, and reporting frameworks that drive business outcomes. Your expertise in data analysis, problem-solving, and communication will be essential in driving business growth and innovation. **Key Responsibilities** * Intake file requests and understand specific reporting requirements, including date range, data fields, and user purpose * Interpret and reconcile data discrepancies to deliver accurate reporting statistics * Create custom data evaluations for use by human resources teams and unique departments * Partner with reporting customers to refine evaluations and ensure data integrity * Confer with stakeholders to ensure the successful functioning of newly implemented systems or processes * Ensure data integrity is maintained by efficiently interpreting variances and outliers to leadership * Ensure proper data protection and privacy protocols are applied * Resolve escalated issues through the research of discrepancies * Blend and automate data * Perform unique hobby duties as directed by Employee's Leaders **Knowledge, Skills, and
