We offer competitive salaries, benefits, and perks, including flexible work arrangements, health and wellness programs, and opportunities for learning and career growth. **Job Description** As an Apac Payroll Specialist, you'll be responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of employees' internet pay, with a high degree of duty, discretion, and confidentiality. Your duties will include: * Payroll processing of assigned Apac countries using a 3rd-party payroll company. * Weekly expenses are processed in-residence through Workday Host-To-Host Fee. * Prepare, post payroll changes, new hires, and leavers for every entity to the payroll providers timely through Workday HCM. * Responsible for reporting new hires/leavers' files to the payroll company in the timeline, ensuring all new hire paperwork complies. * Validation of payroll input against payroll check-in and coordination with payroll carriers for required changes/corrections. * Coordinate with payroll companies on timely payout to personnel and statutory payments. * Carry out tasks associated with monthly, quarterly, and year-end payroll reporting and taxation. * Point of contact for employees on payroll questions through the Zendesk ticketing system. * Record, screen on monthly payroll price and raise purchase orders. * Report, reveal on payroll providers' settlement renewal date. * Work with Philippines and Singapore team members and follow global system alignment. **Key Responsibilities** * Enter, verify, and update data accurately and efficiently. * Collaborate closely with other team members to ensure data integrity and completeness while adhering to established guidelines and protocols. * Process payroll for assigned Apac countries using a 3rd-party payroll company. * Prepare, post payroll changes, new hires, and leavers for every entity to the payroll providers timely through Workday HCM. * Validate payroll input against payroll check-in and coordinate with payroll carriers for required changes/corrections. * Coordinate with payroll companies on timely payout to personnel and statutory payments. * Carry out tasks associated with monthly, quarterly, and year-end payroll reporting and taxation. * Provide excellent employee support on payroll-related queries. **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Management, or related field. * Experience in payroll and accounting processing for at least 2 years in a BPO or shared services environment. * Experience running in Apac payroll, a must in Korea, Australia, and India. * Strong knowledge of payroll and associated statutory labor laws required for payroll-related calculations. * Above-average use of Google Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Microsoft Excel, and Word, and Workday. * Language skills - robust written and verbal communication in English. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in using payroll software and systems. * Knowledge of tax laws and regulations in various countries. * Experience in working with global teams and following global system alignment. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. **Work Environment and Company Culture** * Flexible work culture: arenaflex offers flexibility in work arrangements, including remote work options and flexible scheduling in certain roles. * Dynamic atmosphere: arenaflex provides a fast-paced, dynamic work environment, especially in areas like content introduction and production. * Employee benefits: arenaflex offers competitive salaries, benefits, and perks, including health and wellness programs, family-friendly policies, and opportunities for learning and career growth. **Compensation and Perks** * Competitive salary: $65,000 per year. * Health and wellness benefits: comprehensive health insurance, dental, and vision insurance, wellness programs, and resources. * Family-friendly policies: generous parental leave policies, support for new parents. * Economic benefits: stock options and bonuses may be available for eligible employees. * Expert development: opportunities for learning and career growth through education programs, workshops, and educational resources. * Employee support programs: resources for mental health support and counseling services. **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for data entry and payroll processing, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
