**Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist – Supply Chain Systems Management**

Moored in our brand – with heart at its core – our purpose sends a powerful message that how we deliver our services is just as important as what we deliver. **Job Summary** As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a critical role in supporting and maintaining our Distribution Center Administration Framework. You'll work closely with our Centralized Computer and Application Development divisions, as well as our Organization/Telecom divisions and Innovation Office, to facilitate, investigate, and implement actual foundation that supports our DC operations. Your responsibilities will include: * Contacting MHE merchants regarding information handling * Working with all smart devices, including Sortation Control Frameworks * Coordinating all data backups and data recovery procedures * Serving as a liaison between the DC office, WMS merchant, and MIS Division for issue resolution * Supporting all data handling equipment, including printers and terminals * Supporting LAN (Local Area Network) design * Implementing all future arrivals of software * Coordinating stock tracking of in-stock supplies, including structures, strips, etc., and reporting utilization to MIS * Regulating nonexempt staff * Maintaining all control tables within the WMS, including access security * Screening the performance of the framework application to ensure it's ready and accessible to all end-users * Managing the interface connections with the WMS, including Neoware Terminals, RF Devices, and Printers * Overseeing and screening end-user access and privileges and reporting to the SOX Compliance Office on a quarterly basis * Developing reporting tools for clients to have better visibility into the WMS and Working Metrics, whether through Crystal Reports or Cognos Report Studio **Required Capabilities** * 2+ years of IT experience, including Windows, Unix, SQL Server, Prophet, etc. * 2+ years of experience in a delivery climate (preferred) * 2+ years of involvement in using SQL, MS-Access, Excel, and Word * Must be local, as this is not a remote job **Preferred Capabilities** * Project management experience (an asset) * Bachelor's degree in IT (preferred) * Excellent relational and interpersonal skills * Business acumen **About Our Culture** At arenaflex, we're committed to creating a culture of diversity, inclusion, and belonging.
