Key Responsibilities Support the Recruiting area in identifying and making initial contact with potential candidates for our searches. Propose new alternatives to identify candidates and improve the recruitment process. Identify opportunities for improvement in the current processes of the area and implement changes. Manage job postings on various job portals and evaluate candidates who apply. Identify and analyze professional profiles in job portals for different searches we have open. Collaborate with the team to develop innovative strategies for candidate sourcing. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and progress. Provide exceptional customer service to candidates and internal stakeholders. What We're Looking For Essential Qualifications Proactivity and ability to work effectively in a team. Marked attention to detail in daily work, with a high level of accuracy. Advanced English level, both written and spoken. 1+ previous work experience in data entry or a related field (is a plus). Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a remote environment or with distributed teams. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and candidate management tools. Knowledge of recruitment best practices and sourcing strategies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
