As a key member of our data management team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our data processing operations. This is a full-time opportunity with a flexible schedule, allowing you to work from home and maintain a healthy work-life balance. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage CVS data entry operations in a remote work setting, ensuring accuracy and timely processing during night/day shifts * Detail-oriented and adaptable to fast-paced environments, with a commitment to maintaining data integrity and confidentiality * Participate in the execution of Quality Management (QM) Work Plan exercises, including quality items and administrations * Conduct on-site clinical and clinical reviews for all lines of business, including AHCCCS, DES, and DCS-CHP * Conduct post-employment surveys with clinical and initiative staff to audit review results * Help create remedial activity plans and track fulfillment of these plans * Create review tools for all populations and maintain information sections on all review tools * Participate in finishing bury rater reliability and scoring guidelines * Attend QM meetings and contribute to the development of quality management strategies **Essential Qualifications** * Four-year degree in a related field (e.g., healthcare, social work, or business administration) * At least 2 years of experience in medical services or social wellbeing * Ability to travel to suppliers' offices up to 80% of the time * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong focus on Excel * High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining data integrity and confidentiality **Preferred Qualifications** * RN or LPN clinical record QM evaluating experience or case management experience * High level of proficiency in data analysis and interpretation * Experience with data entry software and systems **Skills and Competencies** * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team * Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines * Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data entry software **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
