Essential Qualifications: The Right Candidate 3+ years of experience in data entry and/or data management, with a proven track record of accuracy and efficiency. 3+ years of experience operating collaboratively with engineering, design, and consumer research groups, demonstrating your ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment. Crucial thinking/analytical management experience, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and drive process improvements. Experience imparting to senior government audiences, with excellent communication and presentation skills. 3+ years of experience hiring, handling, and growing both junior individuals and senior leaders, with a proven track record of building and managing high-performing teams. BA/BS in Computer Science or related field, with a strong foundation in data entry and data management principles. Preferred Qualifications: Taking Your Career to the Next Level Experience in a customer-centered generation business enterprise, with a deep understanding of the needs and expectations of our users.
