As a company, we strive to create a workplace that is inclusive, equitable, and diverse, where everyone feels valued and empowered to contribute their best work. **Job Responsibilities** As an Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist – Global Equity Management, you will be responsible for: * Performing daily, weekly, and monthly proactive data audits to ensure operational compliance of fairness-based long-term incentive plans and inventory buy plans * Processing the release of Performance Share Unit (PSU), Restricted Stock Unit (RSU), and inventory buy plan Matching stock awards * Reviewing fairness transaction activity, including transactions associated with stock option exercises, RSU and PSU releases, and inventory buy plan activities, to ensure correct and timely buy, release, settlement, and reporting * Researching, tracking, and responding to questions obtained from participants, process partners, or other stakeholders * Supporting fairness-based long-term incentive award delivery process and inventory buy plan enrollment activities * Producing ad-hoc data analytics or reporting in support of ongoing operations * Reviewing and maintaining fairness management methods and documentation * Performing other fairness plan management tasks as requested **Qualifications & Requirements** * Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience preferred * At least 1 year of experience in inventory plan management, payroll, tax, accounting, or a related field preferred * Experience working with multiple inventory plan products, including stock options, Performance Share Units, Restricted Stock Units, and inventory buy plans, is preferred * Demonstrated ability to learn new tools, systems, and methods quickly * Understanding of HRIS systems (Workday in particular), methods, and interrelationships of data transfers * Ability to investigate and convert findings into precise actionable recommendations * Functional Skills: + Strong attention to detail + Clear communication + Data analysis + Customer service focus **What We Offer** As a member of our team at blithequark, you will have the opportunity to: * Work in a diverse and inclusive environment with a global team of professionals * Develop your skills and expertise in inventory plan management and fairness-based long-term incentive plans * Contribute to a company that is committed to sustainability and enhancing people's lives * Enjoy a competitive compensation package, including a salary of $25/hour * Participate in a comprehensive benefits program, including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off * Take advantage of ongoing learning and development opportunities, including training, mentorship, and career advancement opportunities **Work Environment & Company Culture** At blithequark, we value a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
