**Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist – Global Equity Administration**

As a key member of our team, you'll be part of this mission and contribute to a group that provides inventory plan management by performing daily, weekly, and monthly proactive data audits to ensure operational compliance of fairness-based long-term incentive plans and inventory buy plans. **What You'll Do for Us** As an Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll make significant contributions to our global equity administration team by: * Performing daily, weekly, and monthly proactive data audits to ensure operational compliance of fairness-based long-term incentive plans and inventory buy plans * Processing the release of Performance Share Unit (PSU), Restricted Stock Unit (RSU), and inventory buy plan Matching proportion awards * Reviewing fairness transaction activity, including transactions associated with stock option exercises, RSU and PSU releases, and inventory buy plan activities, to ensure correct and timely buy, release, settlement, and reporting * Researching, tracking, and responding to questions obtained from participants, process partners, or other stakeholders * Supporting fairness-based long-term incentive award delivery method and inventory buy plan enrollment activities * Producing ad-hoc data analytics or reporting in support of ongoing operations * Reviewing and maintaining fairness management methods and documentation * Performing other fairness plan management tasks as requested **Qualifications & Requirements** * Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience preferred * At least 1 year of experience in inventory plan management, payroll, tax, accounting, or a related field preferred * Experience working with multiple inventory plan products, including stock options, Performance Share Units, Restricted Stock Units, and inventory buy plans, is preferred * Demonstrated ability to learn new tools, systems, and methods quickly * Understanding of HRIS systems (Workday in particular), methods, and interrelationships of data transfers * Ability to investigate and convert findings into precise actionable recommendations **Functional Skills** * Strong attention to detail * Clear communicator * Data analysis * Customer service focus **What We'll Do For You** * Be part of a diverse group environment among fairly professional professionals * Work in a clearly global environment with daily interaction with people from different countries, functions, and cultures * Develop your skills and take on new challenges in a supportive and inclusive environment **Skills** * Data Analysis * Accounting * Customer-Focused * Incentive Plans * Payroll * Stock Options * Equities * Stock Plan Administration * Cross-Functional Teamwork * Detail-Oriented **Benefits** At arenaflex, we empower our employees worldwide to prioritize their development by building skills and taking on new experiences.
