Our Media Networks division is a powerhouse of creativity and innovation, delivering engaging content to audiences around the world through a range of platforms, including television, film, and digital media. **The Role** As an Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for leading a team of data entry specialists in supporting our sales reps and clients through the entire mission lifecycle. This includes: * Designing and executing the functional components of our advertising efforts, from pre-sale direction and media planning to campaign setup, analysis, optimization, reporting, and invoicing * Collaborating with our sales, finance, and accounting teams to ensure seamless income tracking and reporting * Investigating and resolving complex issues related to stock, advertising products, and campaigns * Developing and maintaining internal documentation to ensure best practices and cycle efficiency * Working closely with our regional teams and serving as a local hub of excellence for other offices across EMEA * Staying up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in our promotion tech stack and system **Key Responsibilities** * Lead a team of data entry specialists in supporting sales reps and clients through the entire mission lifecycle * Design and execute effective media plans that drive revenue growth * Allocate team responsibilities while contributing to and aiding the effort of management * Perform all tasks related to campaign management, including stock valuation, media plan creation, order entry, dealing, streamlining, reporting, and invoicing * Ensure the Record Administrator is fully prepared on campaign execution and able to address all related questions * Serve as the primary point of contact for any escalations on complex issues or requests related to stock, advertising products, or campaigns * Collaborate with sales, finance, and accounting teams to ensure seamless income tracking and reporting * Investigate and resolve complex issues related to promotion delivery, ad quality, and technical issues, liaising with global Promotion Stages support * Test potential promotion tech merchant integrations and provide input on contract discussions * Ideate, execute, audit, and advance functional cycles that drive quality and efficiency * Analyze usage and execution of digital stock to develop systems and products that boost revenue yield * Make, teach, and develop ability, including training future recruits * Create and update internal documentation to explain cycles and best practices * Work closely with regional teams and serve as a local hub of excellence for other offices across EMEA * Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in our promotion tech stack and system **The Experience We Expect From You** * Graduate level or equivalent experience * 3+ years of general experience in the advertising industry, either publisher/agency side or in promotion tech * Group management insight * Master in defining and advancing cycles * Profoundly able in determining, planning, dealing, and overseeing advertising lobbies for show and video across websites, applications, social stages, and associated television conditions * Shown capacity in enacting efforts, creating precise and applicable experiences, and enhancing execution * Solid understanding of automatic promoting, advances that power it, and key sellers in the space * Acquainted with general information security and protection prerequisites connected with advanced publicizing * Ready to address the organization in outside gatherings and occasions * Media or diversion brand experience is helpful, as is knowledge of the cycles and strategies of a global partnership * Essential ability together and promote the executive's frameworks (eg: Google Promotion Chief), promotion server frameworks (eg: DV360), and the administrations of Inventive Labels and Following to help and lead the relegated group * Information on Immense actuation for computerized crusades and related necessities **The Abilities We Expect From You** * Exceptionally energetic and driven issue solver * Extraordinary tender loving care, hierarchical abilities, and capacity to at the same time actually focus on and balance various tasks * Scientific;
