You'll be responsible for leading a team of data entry specialists, working closely with sales representatives and clients to deliver effective media plans that drive revenue growth. Your expertise will be essential in designing and executing the functional components of our advertising efforts, from pre-sale direction and media planning to campaign setup, analysis, optimization, reporting, and invoicing. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead a team of data entry specialists in supporting assigned sales representatives and clients through all stages of the campaign lifecycle, from planning to invoicing * Develop and execute effective media plans that drive revenue growth * Allocate team responsibilities while contributing to and aiding the effort of management * Perform all tasks related to campaign management, including stock valuation, media plan creation, order entry, dealing, streamlining, reporting, and invoicing * Ensure the Record Administrator is fully prepared on campaign execution and able to address all related questions * Serve as the primary point of contact for any escalations on complex issues or requests regarding stock, promotion items, or campaigns * Assist Sales, Finance, and Accounting in revenue tracking * Investigate and resolve advertising delivery, ad quality, and technical issues, liaising with global Advertising Platforms support * Test potential advertising tech vendor integrations and provide input on contract discussions * Ideate, execute, audit, and advance operational cycles that drive quality and efficiency * Analyze usage and execution of digital stock to develop systems and products that boost revenue yield * Develop, tutor, and foster ability, including training future recruits * Create and update internal documentation to explain processes and best practices * Collaborate with regional teams and serve as a local center of excellence for different offices across EMEA * Stay up-to-date with TWDC's advertising tech stack and system, and follow industry developments **The Experience We Expect From You** * Graduate level or equivalent experience * 3+ years of general experience in the advertising industry, either publisher/agency side or in advertising tech * Team management's insight * Master in defining and advancing processes * Profoundly skilled in determining, planning, dealing, and managing advertising campaigns for display and video across websites, applications, social platforms, and connected TV conditions * Shown ability in executing campaigns, creating precise and applicable experiences, and enhancing execution * Solid understanding of digital advertising, technologies that power it, and key players in the space * Familiar with general data security and privacy requirements connected with digital advertising * Able to represent the organization in external meetings and events * Media or entertainment brand experience is helpful, as is knowledge of the processes and strategies of a global partnership * Essential ability together and promote the executive's frameworks (e.g., Google Advertising Manager), advertising server frameworks (e.g., DV360), and management of Creative Labels and Tracking to support and lead the assigned team. * Knowledge of Immense activation for digital campaigns and related requirements **The Skills We Expect From You** * Exceptionally energetic and driven problem solver * Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and ability to simultaneously focus on and balance multiple tasks * Scientific;
