We're seeking a talented and enthusiastic Data Entry Specialist who is eager to join our team and contribute to our mission of making home shopping a delightful experience for millions of customers worldwide. **Key Responsibilities** As a Data Entry Specialist on our Stage Designing team, you will be responsible for: * **Own item system, development, and guides** that support the Stage Designing team within the broader Tech Change objective. * **Collaborate with business partners**, including Retail facade, ManTech, Worldwide Provider Tech, Evaluating Tech, and partner groups in Framework, Stages, and AI to understand their needs and co-foster effective solutions that drive key business value. * **Utilize coordinated cycles** to work with cross-functional teams to execute the guide. * **Communicate and promote** the item vision and progress throughout arenaflex, including senior partners and Innovation leaders. * **Create and track OKRs** for key item initiatives and ensure alignment with partner targets. * **Work with management** to improve item art and cycles throughout your workgroup. **What You'll Need** To succeed in this role, you will need: * **Experience** in building software products or systems at scale with measurable impact and preferably across multiple stages or work streams. * **Foundational knowledge** at scale from concept to launch and beyond. * **Education** to participate in making key decisions and effectively communicate with technical partners like Designing. * **Excellent communication and partner management skills** at the senior partner level. * **A positive, people-oriented, and collaborative attitude**. * **A mindset that pushes through issues with creative solutions and resilience, while maintaining a calm demeanor under pressure**. **Preferred Capabilities** * **Experience** with cloud-native innovation in large-scale organizations (AWS, Azure, or GCP, with a preference for GCP). * **Four-year degree** in Designing or training/experience in a technical field (Data Designing, Data Science, Research, etc.). * **MBA/Graduate degree** in management. * **Support for People with Disabilities** arenaflex is fully committed to providing equal opportunities to all people, including those with disabilities.
