With no prior experience necessary, we're looking for individuals who are passionate about customer service, have a love for all things Disney, and are eager to learn and grow with our team. **Key Responsibilities** As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for: * Collaborating with our team to design, develop, and implement AI and machine learning solutions that enhance the visitor experience * Working closely with internal partners to deliver exceptional visitor experiences through intelligent and data-driven systems across Disney Encounters (DX) * Reporting to Attractions Functional Innovation, you will be responsible for driving activities to completion efficiently and effectively * Engaging with research and colleagues to identify areas where business issues can be addressed creatively by applying machine learning * Leading and working with cross-functional teams to execute and scale machine learning solutions that create magical experiences for our visitors and push the boundaries of functional objectives * Driving innovation, idea validation, innovation funding, and client communications that lead to the development of top-tier AI platforms * Managing functional support and maintenance of ML-related products and services delivered by the team * Building standard techniques used in everyday tasks and working with specialty units to plan, design, and execute large-scale projects in the AI space * Productionizing machine learning models in predictive analytics, clustering, image recognition, NLP, anomaly detection, and more, and assessing their performance on real-world datasets **Essential Capabilities and Abilities** * 2 years of experience in Python and with predictive modeling experiences, such as TensorFlow, SparkMLib, PySpark, Light, MXNet, etc. * 2 years of master-level experience in cloud platforms like AWS and GCP * Proficient in SDLC, QA cycles, and Article Arranged Programming Configuration Examples * Master-level experience in structured and unstructured data (i.e., images, video, text, etc.) and SQL social and non-social datasets * 2 years of experience with Wind stream or another data workflow management tool * Experience with version control software, like GitHub and GitLab, Model Operations, and CI/CD pipelines * Experience in driving discovery processes with partners to identify business requirements and desired outcomes, relational skills, and determination to complete responsibilities * Strong systems integration engineering skills, capable of transforming new tech into business solutions **Preferred Capabilities** * Experience with Docker * Experience with control frameworks * Experience with Kubernetes * Experience with cloud platforms in GCP or another cloud platform * Experience with Atlassian tools like Jira and Confluence * Experience with Agile development techniques * Experience with automated testing, continuous integration, and continuous deployment * Experience with data representation and data validation tools (e.g., Splunk, Plotly, Tableau) * Experience with audio analysis * Experience with text analysis **Education** * Bachelor's of Science in Computer Science, Information Science, Statistics, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or similar technical foundation * Preferred: Ph.D. in Computer Science, Information Science, Statistics, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or similar technical foundation **Why Join blithequark?** At blithequark, we offer a dynamic and supportive work environment that fosters growth, innovation, and collaboration.
