Key Responsibilities: Data Collection and Entry: Collect and enter data into databases, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. This includes inputting customer and account data from source documents in both text-based and numerical information forms. Data Organization: Organize information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry, and perform research to find further information if needed. Data Review and Correction: Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible, and check output to ensure quality and accuracy. Data Solutions and Procedures: Use appropriate data solutions, techniques, and procedures to optimize data entry activities and ensure efficiency. Reporting and Storage: Prepare reports, store completed work in designated locations, and perform backup operations to ensure data security and integrity. Document Scanning and Printing: Perform scanning and printing of documents as required, and respond to queries for information and access relevant files. Data Security and Confidentiality: Ensure adherence to corporate policies of data integrity and security, and keep corporate information confidential. Office Equipment Management: Oversee the proper usage of office equipment and report any problems or issues. Essential Qualifications: Experience: 2+ years of experience working as a Data Entry Operator or Office Clerk, with a solid background in administrative duties and office equipment usage. Technical Skills: Good practical experience with MS Office and data management software, including proficiency in spreadsheets and online forms. Language Skills: Excellent knowledge of correct spelling, grammar, and punctuation, with the ability to maintain accuracy and attention to detail. Typing Skills: High typing speed and accuracy, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Organizational Skills: Strong organization skills, good responsibility, and confidentiality, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects. Education: High school diploma; additional computer training or certification will be a bonus. Preferred Qualifications: Advanced Technical Skills: Experience with advanced data management software and tools, including database management systems and data analytics platforms. Certifications: Relevant certifications in data entry, office administration, or a related field. Leadership Experience: Experience in leading teams or projects, with the ability to mentor and guide junior staff members.
