We are committed to developing leaders who excel in risk management. **The Actuarial Development Program** As a member of the Actuarial Development Program, you will participate in four rotations, each immersing you in a key business area and providing exposure to: * **Risk Evaluation**: Understand the concept of specific risks and present the results of your analysis to management. * **Rate Recording**: Order and analyze documentation data, prepare and submit essential reports for regulatory filings. * **Reserve Examination**: Analyze claim data and monitor reserve levels for suitability, demonstrating an understanding of actuarial holding methods and issues. * **Planning and Gauging**: Provide technical support and analysis for planning, estimating, and reporting processes. * **Valuing, Pattern, and Advantage Configuration**: Create and suggest pricing and patterns for products or services. * **Specialized Capability**: Develop innovative technical solutions for various issues, demonstrating proficiency with spreadsheet software and knowledge of database and online applications.
