Your expertise will be instrumental in designing and delivering analytics solutions that make data analytics more accessible and effective for arenaflex. **What You'll Do** As a Full Stack Data Engineer at arenaflex, your responsibilities will include: * Working closely with data engineering software groups and product owners to design, implement, and support analytics solutions that provide insights to inform better decision-making * Implementing data migration and engineering solutions using Azure products and services, such as Azure Data Lake Storage, Azure Data Factory, Azure Functions, Event Hub, Azure Stream Analytics, Azure Databricks, and traditional data warehouse tools * Performing multiple tasks involved in the development lifecycle, including design, cloud engineering (infrastructure, network, security, and management), ingestion, preparation, data modeling, testing, CICD pipelines, performance tuning, deployments, consumption, BI, alerting, and production support * Providing technical assistance and collaborating within a team environment, as well as working independently * Joining a DevOps team that fully owns and supports their product * Implementing batch and streaming data pipelines using cloud technologies * Developing coding standards, best practices, and privacy and security guidelines **All You'll Need for Success** To excel in this role, you'll require: * A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Technology, Information Systems (CIS/MIS), Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience/training * 1 year of software solution development experience using agile, DevOps, working in a product lifecycle that includes designing, developing, and implementing large-scale applications or data engineering solutions * 1 year of data analytics experience using SQL * 1 year of cloud development and data lake experience (Microsoft Azure), including Azure EventHub, Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, Azure DevOps, Azure Blob Storage, Azure Data Lake, Azure Power Apps, and Power BI * A combination of Development, Administration, and Support experience in various tools/technologies required: + Scripting: Python, Spark, Unix, SQL + Data Platforms: Teradata, Cassandra, MongoDB, Oracle, SQL Server, ADLS, Snowflake, Azure Data Explorer + Azure Cloud Technologies: Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, Azure Blob Storage, Azure Data Lake, Azure Power Apps, and Azure Functions + CI/CD: GitHub, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Terraform + BI Analytics Tool Stack: Cognos, Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx, Denodo, and Grafana + Data Warehouse: DataStage, Informatica + Data Governance and Privacy: Informatica Axon and EDC, BigID **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications will be advantageous: * 2 years of software solution development experience using agile, DevOps, product lifecycle that includes designing, developing, and implementing large-scale applications or data engineering solutions * 3 years of data analytics experience using SQL * 2 years of full-stack development experience, ideally in Azure * 2 years of cloud development and data lake experience (Microsoft Azure), including Azure EventHub, Azure Data Factory, Azure Functions, ADX, ASA, Azure Databricks, Azure DevOps, Azure Blob Storage, Azure Data Lake, Azure Power Apps, and Power BI * Airline industry experience **Skills, Licenses & Certifications** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * Experience with the Azure Technology stack for data management, data ingestion, capture, processing, curation, and developing consumption layers * Working knowledge of supplying sensible routes in the Azure Native cloud services * Spark Certification (preferred) * Azure Development Track Certification (preferred) **Perks and Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to supporting your life's adventure, both at work and at home.
