With a strong commitment to innovation and customer satisfaction, arenaflex continues to shape the future of air travel. **Job Responsibilities** As a Full Stack Data Analytics Analyst in Supply Chain Management Operations, you will be responsible for: * Analyzing data using techniques such as data mining, data modeling, or cost-benefit analysis to identify trends and insights that inform business decisions * Designing and creating data visualizations in Tableau or other visualization tools to communicate complex data insights to stakeholders * Developing high-quality reports and dashboards that meet the needs of internal and external customers * Creating and optimizing data evaluation and reporting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy * Providing expert-level support to internal customers by developing and maintaining reports, dashboards, and data visualizations * Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives and improve business outcomes * May perform other job-related duties as directed by management **Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities** To succeed in this role, you will need: * Advanced-level experience in analytical, data technology, or data-centric environments * Proven expertise in data analysis, data modeling, and data architecture * Strong knowledge of data management systems, including Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, Teradata, or equivalent experience with ETL functionality * Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools, including Advanced Excel, Quickbase, SAP Business Objects, Crystal Reports, Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, or equivalent * Experience building complex models using multiple data sources to calculate TCO/fee savings/KPIs/etc * Strong leadership skills, with experience leading medium-scale projects * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders * Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team **Education and Experience** * Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field * Advanced-degree experience in analytical, data technology, or data-centric environments * Proven expertise in data analysis, data modeling, and data architecture **Physical Abilities** * Ability to perform work duties from a confined area workstation/desk/workplace region for prolonged periods of time * Ability to speak and interact with others in the English language to fulfill the needs of the job * Ability to use a computer and other office productivity tools with sufficient speed and accuracy to fulfill the needs of the job **Other Qualifications** * Must hold a well-groomed appearance in line with Company appearance requirements as defined in established guidelines * Must be a U.S. citizen or have authorization to work in the United States as described by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986 * Must be at least 18 years of age * Must be able to observe Company attendance requirements as defined in established guidelines * Minimal travel required **Benefits** * Fly for free, as a privilege, on any open seat on all arenaflex flights (your eligible dependents too) * Up to a 9.3% 401(k) Company match, dollar for dollar, of your eligible pay, per paycheck * Potential for annual Profit Sharing contribution towards retirement - when arenaflex profits, you profit **How to Apply** If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for data analysis and business growth, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
