You will work closely with our store and HR partners to identify areas of improvement and develop strategies to enhance our processes and communications. This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary of $27/hour, flexible work arrangements, and opportunities for career growth and development. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead task groups of experts and partners to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency * Perform data gathering tasks, data analysis, and project planning to identify areas of improvement and develop strategies to enhance our processes and communications * Produce reports for management and leadership to audit and use, and present findings to groups and senior leaders * Build skills and knowledge through self-improvement, team information, and client (internal) information * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency * Regularly report to Store Activities Cycle Manager or Store Tasks Business Administrator (or Sr. Supervisors) **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in a field of study related to the job * 3 years of work experience in a related field * Store insight and ASDS experience is preferred * Strong quantitative skills, including data analysis and insights * Critical thinking and problem-solving skills * Excellent written and verbal communication skills **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience driving high-performing teams * Counseling management and project management skills * Solid retail and field knowledge * Ability to build strong cross-functional relationships and collaborate with stakeholders **Work Environment and Culture** * Situated in a comfortable indoor region with regular opportunities to move about * Occasionally requires travel under 10% of the time * More often than not spent sitting in a comfortable position * Every once in a while may require moving or lifting light articles **Compensation and Benefits** * Competitive salary of $27/hour * Flexible work arrangements * Opportunities for career growth and development * Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance * 401(k) retirement plan with company match * Paid time off and holidays **How to Apply** If you are a motivated and analytical professional with a passion for driving business growth and improving operational efficiency, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
